One action. Eight systems. One trace.

Santi Palma, technical partner for complete systems

I design, build, and operate the whole journey, from attracting intent to keeping it alive.

The demonstration runs in your browser. Nothing is sent.

Follow the trace

When one part fails to respond, the whole business feels it.

A campaign can reach the right person and lose them in a confusing payment. A sale can be approved and end up in a spreadsheet. An app can look polished and fail when people need it most. I work on those joints, where results depend on every part responding as one system.

The Witness you see is a local simulation. It keeps the same identity through the journey to make cause and consequence visible.

01Attraction

The signal reaches the right person.

Attraction without attribution is buying attention blindly.

I connect campaigns, content, and measurement to understand where intent started, what it found, and where it changed course.

Result
Origin and journey remain attached to the operation.
Boundary
Attribution has real limits. I explain what can be measured, what depends on third parties, and what remains uncertain.

Move the current and watch the signal keep its origin.

Attraction: The signal reaches the right person.

02Commerce

Intent becomes a verifiable operation.

Payment is one point in the system, not the end of the journey.

Product, cart, payment, stock, and confirmation share context. The business receives an operation it can follow, not an isolated receipt.

Result
Payment, amount, and origin stay on the same trace.
Boundary
Every payment rail, country, and business model has its own rules. There is no universal integration.

Apply the seal to confirm the demonstration operation.

Commerce: Intent becomes a verifiable operation.

03Automation

One operation moves the work that follows.

Repetitive work should not require entering the same data twice.

An order can update stock, prepare an invoice, notify the customer, and open a logistics task without losing traceability.

Result
Less transcription, less waiting, and fewer places for errors.
Boundary
Automating a broken process only accelerates the problem. Rules and exceptions come first.

Scroll to set the whole transmission in motion.

Automation: One operation moves the work that follows.

04Application

The interface takes the shape of the real work.

A useful screen starts with the operation, not a template.

I design the surface each person needs: customer, seller, operator, or owner. Web, mobile, and back office share one system.

Result
Every role sees and does what matters without learning the internal complexity.
Boundary
Not every need deserves a new app. Sometimes the best decision is to integrate or simplify what already exists.

Deform the membrane and watch it return to the same core.

Application: The interface takes the shape of the real work.

05Analytics

A result can travel back to its origin.

A crowded dashboard is not the same as a clear decision.

I organize events, metrics, and context to answer concrete questions: what changed, why it matters, and where to intervene.

Result
The trace joins operation, origin, and consequence.
Boundary
Incomplete data does not become true because it appears in a chart. Capture quality is part of the system.

Move the optical cut to inspect every accumulated layer.

Analytics: A result can travel back to its origin.

06Applied AI

Intelligence proposes without taking control away.

Value appears when the system understands context, limits, and judgment.

I integrate assistants and intelligent processes over authorized information, with reviewable output and a clear path to a person.

Result
The recommendation arrives inside the workflow where it can be used.
Boundary
I do not present inference as certainty or hide cost, sources, and review points.

Change direction and watch the prediction correct itself.

Applied AI: Intelligence proposes without taking control away.

07Security

The valid operation moves on. The threat stays outside.

Protection should not make real work impossible.

I design access, segmentation, encryption, logging, and recovery around the operation the business needs to preserve.

Result
Legitimate identity remains intact while hostile attempts are isolated.
Boundary
Absolute security does not exist. There are risk decisions, layers of control, and response capability.

Apply controlled pressure to the armor.

Security: The valid operation moves on. The threat stays outside.

08Infrastructure

The system finds support and a way back.

Operations are part of the product too.

Deployment, observability, backups, capacity, and recovery are designed with the application, not after an incident.

Result
The Witness reaches the end without losing identity or context.
Boundary
Availability, on-call coverage, and response times are agreed by scope. They are not decorative landing-page promises.

Dock the piece to open the operational proof.

Infrastructure: The system finds support and a way back.

What you saw, what exists, and what is agreed.

An honest experience separates a visual simulation from real proof and contractual commitments.

  1. 01

    Local demonstration

The trace and its values are produced in your browser to explain relationships. They never query production.

  2. 02

    Verifiable proof

Libereco is a real operating system. Screens, links, and declared facts carry a source and date.

  3. 03

    Capability

The eight layers describe what I can design, build, integrate, and operate for a project.

  4. 04

    Commitment

Scope, timing, support, availability, and results only exist inside an explicit proposal.

Operational proof

Libereco is not a demo. It is selling and operating now.

I built and continue to operate the commerce, internal systems, integrations, infrastructure, networking, security, and measurement behind an ice cream brand with presence across several provinces.

  • 18+ franchises declared by the brand
  • Operations in 4 Argentine provinces
  • Publicly verifiable store
  • End-to-end technical responsibility

The overlaid Witness belongs to this demonstration. It does not create orders or query Libereco data.

Working directly should not leave you dependent.

Continuity is designed from day one. The goal is a system that can be understood, operated, and transferred without withholding code, access, or knowledge.

01

Repository

Code and history remain under the client’s control.

02

Keys

Domains, accounts, and master access belong to the client.

03

Operating manual

Deployment, dependencies, and important decisions are documented.

04

Backup

Saying it exists is not enough. Restoration and verification are defined.

05

Transfer

Another technical person can join with inventory, context, and a clear handoff.

I understand the joints because I had to operate them.

I started by solving a concrete need at Libereco, my family’s artisanal ice cream business. There was no technical team waiting, only sales, franchises, people, and real problems that had to connect.

Building from campaign to server taught me that quality does not live in one technology. It lives in how a decision crosses the whole system and remains understandable when something changes.

I work directly, explain decisions, and leave a clear way out. A client does not need to be locked in for the work to retain value.

How I take an idea into production

  1. 01

Understand the business and the decision that matters

  2. 02

Trace the complete journey and its risks

  3. 03

Build the first useful and observable release

  4. 04

Operate, measure, and correct with evidence

  5. 05

    Transfer access, documentation, and control
